1. That’s great and all, but it doesn’t matter. International law is irrelevant if nobody is actually interested in enforcing it. As mentioned in this very article, Israel has been violating international law for decades with its settlements in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, and the whole world—including all those high-minded Western governments that “want peace” and “support a 2 state solution”—haven’t done anything about it. 2SS is a cruel joke, like “international law.”

2. I made this comment in another thread about the settlement and it is worth repeating:

   so the west bank Palestinians, after disarming and seeking only a peaceful solution. Are betrayed by israel and their land is taken forcefully and the Palestinians in the west bank are not even able to resist or retaliate. and the world shrugs and goes on.

   yet in gaza the Palestinians are expcted to lay down their weapons and seek only peacful soultions. and trust the zionists to honor their words? am i getting that right?

   the only reason israel didnt build settlements inside gaza the last few years is becuase in the gaza their boys will be blown up routinely. like what is happeing now.

   And if they get all of Palestine. They will try to do the same in Jordan and eygpt.
