   In the same way that it would be considered excessive for people to eat lobster and caviar and other luxuries on a daily basis, it will soon be that way for beef as well.

   It’s simply unnecessary.  I know many people don’t want to hear that because it’s such a normal part of their diet, but welcome to climate change.
