A peahen turned up at ours a few years ago. Between our neighbours and my in laws we keep an eye on her. She likes to steal the hens chicks if she can.

I live in the middle of nowhere rural Lincolnshire. So many different people have peacocks. I know 6 within 10 minutes of my house.
Never saw one outside of a zoo before I moved here, now they just chill on the side of the road on my drive home.
I mean if you can sleep through the sound of sheet steel being ripped in two you can sleep through one of these screaming bastards.
