  1. It’s hard to take any of these ‘peace’ negotiations seriously when the killing doesn’t even stop for a day.

  2. This is historically bog standard for cease fire negotiation. Even after, they generally keep firing until the moment the cease fire officially starts.

  11. Wasn’t the whole point of the talks to entertain talks about a ceasefire. I never saw anything that said russia was committed to stop fighting for the duration of the meeting.

  13. Didnt i see yesterday that ukraine launched a massive drone strike a day before the talks? I guess hes ok with that.

  15. The ‘talks’ are just to keep Trump amused and provide him the cover he needs to pretend he is doing something and to distract from the Epstein Files.

    The ‘talks’ were never about a serious attempt to bring to an end a war that Putin feels he needs to keep going.
