  10. Hasn’t this been litigated repeatedly and SCOTUS upheld Cali’s right to higher standards?

    I know, I know, whatever settled law ‘was’ before this administration is out the window, but I just want a memory fact check at this point.

  11. They never look at the long term, if they poison and kill everyone there will be no more profits. If AI takes everyone’s job, it won’t because in the US most AI sucks still, there won’t be profits. No one will be able to afford anything at all. It’s almost as if they forget supply and demand, if demand stops completely supply will out pace it and cause prices to lower. But even then if no one has a job they still won’t be buying anything. Capitalism will essentially collapse and all the billionaires will be left to have a gang bang!

  12. Trump’s pro biz anti environment – clean air, water, and soil, agenda was clear his first term. This is not new for him. He thinks were lib Dem crazies in the way of progress, “making America great.” He is a modern day robber baron. He named one of his kids Baron. This isn’t a pro Dem or pro Rep accounting. It is what it is.

  16. If this goes through isn’t that basically precedent to remove states rights to regulate commerce in general? Unless they do some sort of weird legal carve out specifically for emission standards, but what possibly legal reasoning could there be for states to be unable to regulate environmental standards specifically, but perfectly alright to regulate everything else.
