With this bold release, Seabourn Cruise unveils summer ocean voyages across continents, giving guests choices that range from remote polar landscapes to bustling cities. Expedition itineraries add depth, with voyages across Antarctica and the Arctic, balanced by rich cultural experiences in Japan, Canada, and New England. At the same time, natural wonders in Alaska, Norway, and Iceland will be revealed through smaller ships that sail where larger vessels cannot.

The new update is here with powerful numbers: 111 departures, 72 itineraries, 369 destinations, 71 countries, and all seven continents. The fleet, including Seabourn Pursuit, Seabourn Venture, Seabourn Encore, Seabourn Quest, and Seabourn Ovation, will take guests closer to authentic cultural encounters and dramatic natural wonders.

Luxury Travel with a Global Vision

Seabourn, the world leader in ultra-luxury cruises, has unveiled its new collection of 2027 summer ocean voyages and 2027–2028 expedition itineraries. The announcement highlights a season filled with discovery, comfort, and adventure. From the icy landscapes of Antarctica to the cultural gems of Japan and the untamed wilderness of Alaska, Seabourn promises journeys that blend exploration with its signature luxury style.

With 111 departures, 72 unique itineraries, and visits to 369 destinations across 71 countries, the upcoming season covers all seven continents. The voyages will be offered across Seabourn’s award-winning fleet, including Seabourn Pursuit, Seabourn Venture, Seabourn Encore, Seabourn Quest, and Seabourn Ovation.

Highlights of the Season

Among the headliners is Seabourn’s first-ever Pole-to-Pole Grand Expedition, a 94-day voyage from the High Arctic to Antarctica. Another highlight is a 14-day solar eclipse voyage, giving guests a front-row seat to a rare celestial event in August 2027.

The season also includes a new 11-day Baltic voyage, covering iconic capitals and lesser-known ports in Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia. In addition, guests can enjoy Seabourn Signature Events, maiden calls across Europe and Asia, and access to more than 60 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Reservations for these voyages are already open, reflecting strong demand for ultra-luxury travel experiences that combine adventure with cultural immersion.

Antarctica: The Ultimate Expedition

Seabourn Pursuit and Seabourn Venture will lead 19 voyages between October 2027 and March 2028, lasting between 10 and 25 days. Guests will explore the most remote and pristine landscapes on Earth.

Highlights include Zodiac rides among massive icebergs, encounters with whales and penguin colonies, and rare opportunities to step onto frozen seas. Voyages will also explore South Georgia, the Falkland Islands, and the Chilean Fjords.

Each voyage includes a pre-cruise hotel stay in Buenos Aires and charter flights to Ushuaia, Argentina, where the ships depart. Guests can choose between early, mid, and late-season itineraries, each offering unique wildlife and natural encounters. Signature events such as the Polar Plunge and Caviar on the Ice add Seabourn’s trademark flair.

Arctic: Following the Midnight Sun

In summer 2027, Seabourn Venture will focus on the Arctic, with voyages between 12 and 18 days. Guests will experience the midnight sun, polar wildlife such as beluga whales and puffins, and visits to Inuit communities.

The ship’s 30,000 square feet of outdoor deck space offers perfect views of the Northern Lights. Eight departures between June and September 2027 will cover Iceland, Greenland, Scotland, and the Canadian Arctic.

The season also features the first-ever Pole-to-Pole Grand Expedition, lasting 94 days, which connects the Arctic directly to Antarctica. This ambitious journey reflects Seabourn’s leadership in expedition cruising.

Northwest Passage: A Legendary Route

Seabourn Venture will also offer two 18-day voyages through the fabled Northwest Passage between August and September 2027. Guests will follow in the footsteps of legendary explorers while enjoying expert-led storytelling and onboard enrichment.

The journey includes visits to Inuit communities, offering cultural insight into life in the Canadian High Arctic. From the deck, travellers can witness the Northern Lights and marvel at rugged Arctic landscapes.

Kimberley: Australia’s Wild Coast

The Kimberley coast of northwest Australia remains one of the world’s most untamed frontiers. Seabourn Pursuit will operate four 10-day departures between May and August 2027. Guests will explore sandstone peaks, waterfalls, mangrove forests, and reefs filled with marine life.

Expedition activities include Zodiac rides through crocodile-inhabited rivers, visits to the Paspaley Pearling Company, and snorkelling in biodiverse waters. Voyages connect to longer itineraries, including an 80-day Three Continent Voyage linking Antarctica, South America, and Australia.

South Pacific: Remote Island Adventures

Between April and September 2027, Seabourn Pursuit will offer voyages of 13 to 22 days across the South Pacific, visiting 50 destinations in 13 countries. Guests will enjoy cultural highlights such as the Rom dance in Vanuatu and the Baining Fire Dance in Papua New Guinea.

One standout experience is a two-day exploration of Easter Island, where travellers can see the iconic Moai statues. Seabourn’s custom-built submarines will allow guests to view underwater shipwrecks, including the 110-year-old German vessel Titania.

Combination voyages include the 32-day Lost Islands of Chile & Tracing Fiji’s History and an 80-day Three Continent Voyage linking Antarctica, the South Pacific, and Australia.

Alaska: Glaciers and Wilderness

In summer 2027, Seabourn Encore will sail 18 departures of 7 to 15 days across Alaska and the Inside Passage of Canada. Guests will see calving glaciers, towering mountains, and wildlife such as bears, moose, whales, and seals.

Itineraries include scenic cruises through Hubbard Glacier, Tracy Arm, Endicott Arm, and Glacier Bay. Two longer combination voyages, lasting 14 days, will cover more ground, giving guests deeper immersion into Alaska’s natural beauty.

Mediterranean: Hidden Ports and Solar Eclipse

Seabourn Ovation will offer 127 departures between April and November 2027, visiting 77 ports in 17 countries. Guests can enjoy the cultural and culinary diversity of the Eastern and Western Mediterranean.

The season’s highlight is a 14-day solar eclipse voyage from Monte Carlo to Dubrovnik in August 2027. Guests will view the eclipse at sea, creating a once-in-a-lifetime memory.

Complimentary Signature Events include Marina Day with watersports from the retractable marina and Shopping with the Chef excursions at local markets.

Northern Europe: Fjords and Castles

Seabourn Quest will focus on Northern Europe in summer 2027. Guests will explore the fjords of Norway, the landscapes of Iceland, and the cultural treasures of the British Isles.

Ten departures between June and September 2027 will cover 60 destinations in 19 countries. A new Baltic itinerary includes calls at smaller ports and unique shopping excursions. Guests will also gain access to at least 35 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Canada & New England: Autumn Colours

Seabourn Quest will also sail four departures between October and November 2027 along Canada and New England. Guests will experience autumn colours, fjords, and regional flavours. Itineraries include smaller destinations such as Saguenay Fjord and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Culinary stops in Prince Edward Island and Québec City add local flavour to the voyages. Guests will also enjoy access to multiple UNESCO sites across Canada, the US, and Iceland.

Japan: Cultural Immersion

In autumn 2027, Seabourn Encore will operate three round-trip voyages from Tokyo, each lasting 14 days. Guests will enjoy immersive experiences, from Osaka’s cultural heritage to Kanazawa’s historic villages.

Highlights include overnights in Osaka and Hakodate, and visits to Mount Fuji, Himeji-jo Castle, and the UNESCO-listed villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama.

Events such as Evenings Under the Stars and Shopping with the Chef excursions add exclusive Seabourn experiences. The season begins with a 20-day voyage from Vancouver to Tokyo, including Alaska and Glacier Bay.
