Air Canada flight attendants picket for 2nd straight day in Winnipeg

Air Canada has suspended plans to resume limited operations after the union representing the airline’s flight attendants said it will defy a federal back-to-work order for binding arbitration to end the work stoppage. The airline had planned to resume flights Sunday evening, following strike action and the government’s intervention on Saturday.
