Bilfinger, a leading international industrial services provider, has been awarded a contract by BSOG Energy (BSOGE), a 100% subsidiary of Black Sea Oil & Gas (BSOG). The project involves delivering Concept and Basic Engineering Services for BSOGE’s first biomethane facility in Alba, Romania. This marks a significant milestone in BSOGE’s mission to develop green energy projects in Romania, with a focus on large-scale biomethane opportunities.

Since 2023, Bilfinger has been supporting BSOG through a non-exclusive Framework Agreement. BSOG is renowned for its pioneering efforts in offshore gas development, having successfully extracted gas from the Black Sea in Romania since 2022.
