1. Deserves capital punishment. Zero remorse. Zero percentage chance this POS will ever be a productive member of society. Same with the brother. 

2. I swear they crack every single one of these guys out of the same mould.

   I was waiting for a bus earlier just down the road from a zebra crossing. A woman started crossing with a buggy. The silver Audi that was several hundred yards down the road actually started speeding up to a frightening degree when the driver spotted her crossing.

   She had to dash across the rest of the way and was inches away from being clipped by the car.

   When it drives past, surprise surprise, some Middle Eastern early twenties scrote with a bumfluff ‘beard’, a pudding-bowl-fade, and a frame skinnier than a butcher’s pencil gamely trying and failing to vaguely fill out an Adidas muscle shirt.

   He was the spitting image of the guy posted here.

   Is it like a sport to these people or something?
