A southern Indiana business owner has been arrested following a months-long investigation by Indiana State Police.The investigation began in February when detectives received reports of illegal activities were taking place at Asian Massage in Sellersburg.The investigation identified Yonghua Fang Thrasher, of Louisville, as the owner and operator of the business. ISP and the Indiana Department of Revenue were able to uncover an alleged theft of more than $16,000 in unpaid taxes.Yonghua Fang Thrasher faces several felonies, including corrupt business influence, two counts of theft, two counts of tax evasion, and failure to allow access records.She is in jail on a $10,000 bond.
