Beginning October 26, 2025, All Nippon Airways, Peach Aviation, and AirJapan will broaden their flight networks to better serve passengers traveling from the US, UK, France, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and other markets. Driven by the recent surge in overall travel demand, the expansion will deliver deeper connectivity among international and domestic itineraries. With more frequent services on established corridors and the inclusion of fresh points on the map, the revamped networks will enhance convenience, flexibility, and access—benefiting leisure holiday-makers and business executives alike.
In an effort to expand its global reach and enhance domestic operations, All Nippon Airways (ANA), together with its subsidiaries Peach Aviation and AirJapan, has unveiled a revised flight schedule for the second half of fiscal year 2025. This new schedule, which will take effect on October 26, 2025, includes notable adjustments to international, domestic, and freighter routes, benefiting travelers from the US, UK, France, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and other countries.
As the world continues to recover from the disruptions caused by the pandemic, airlines are stepping up efforts to meet growing demand for air travel. ANA’s expanded flight networks are designed to provide more options and flexibility for passengers, offering increased frequencies on key routes, new destinations, and enhanced connectivity across major international and domestic hubs.
Expansion of International Routes
ANA is significantly increasing its international services to accommodate the increasing demand for travel. The airline is expanding its flights to Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania, with a particular focus on popular destinations such as Hong Kong, Perth, and Mumbai.
Increased Flights to Hong Kong and Perth
For travelers heading to Hong Kong, ANA will raise its Narita–Hong Kong route from four to seven weekly flights starting on October 26, 2025. Additionally, from December 1, 2025, the Haneda–Hong Kong route will see a dramatic increase, doubling from seven to fourteen weekly flights. These additional services will help meet the growing demand for travel between Japan and Hong Kong, ensuring that passengers can enjoy more flexibility in their travel plans.
ANA is increasing its flight services to Perth, Australia, enhancing connectivity between Japan and Australia. The Narita–Perth route will increase from three to seven weekly round-trips, running from December 1, 2025, to April 19, 2026. This expansion is a response to the rising demand for flights between Japan and Australia, with ANA offering more convenient options for business and leisure travelers.
New and Increased Flights to Mumbai and Brussels
ANA is expanding its footprint in India as well. Starting December 1, 2025, the airline will increase the frequency of its Narita–Mumbai route from three to five weekly flights. This increase will be available through March 28, 2026, and is aimed at better serving the growing demand for travel between Japan and India.
Additionally, ANA is introducing more flights to Brussels, Belgium. The Narita–Brussels route will add extra services on December 15, 2025, December 22, 2025, and January 5, 2026. Regular three-weekly flights will begin on March 2, 2026, with flights operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Stronger Transpacific and European Connectivity
ANA’s transpacific network remains a key part of its operations, with daily flights continuing to major US destinations, including Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), Washington D.C. (IAD), New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD), and Houston (IAH). In addition, ANA will maintain its daily services to London (LHR) and Paris (CDG), while offering three-weekly services to Vienna (VIE), Milan (MXP), Stockholm (ARN), and Istanbul (IST).
Peach Aviation and AirJapan’s Role in Regional Growth
As part of the ANA Group, Peach Aviation and AirJapan will also expand their networks to meet rising demand across East Asia. These budget-friendly carriers will focus on increasing services to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea, ensuring that travelers can enjoy more affordable options for international travel.
Expanding Services to Taiwan
Peach Aviation is significantly enhancing its Taiwan services. Beginning January 1, 2026, the Narita–Taipei route will rise from fourteen to twenty-one weekly flights, running until March 28, 2026, providing passengers with greater flexibility. Moreover, to cater to the year-end travel surge, Peach Aviation will increase its Kansai–Taipei service to 27 weekly flights from December 26 to December 31, 2025.
Seasonal Hong Kong Services
Peach Aviation is set to launch seasonal flights between Kansai and Hong Kong. Flights will operate from December 24, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and then again from February 13 to February 20, 2026. These seasonal flights are designed to meet high demand during the holiday periods and are part of Peach’s strategy to enhance its network in East Asia.
Expanding Flights to Seoul
AirJapan will continue to operate major regional routes, including Narita–Bangkok (BKK), Narita–Singapore (SIN), and Narita–Seoul (ICN). Peach Aviation will also increase flights to Seoul, with expanded services from both Kansai and Haneda starting in late October 2025. These moves are part of a broader strategy to enhance connectivity between Japan and key destinations in East Asia.
Domestic Network Adjustments for Profitability
While ANA’s international routes are expanding, the airline is also making strategic adjustments to its domestic operations. With business travel in Japan still below pre-pandemic levels, ANA is focusing on balancing demand and profitability by adjusting flight frequencies on various domestic routes.
Increased Flights to Popular Domestic Destinations
Certain domestic routes will experience more frequent services to meet growing demand. For example, the Haneda–Sapporo route will increase to 18 daily round-trips starting October 26, 2025. Similarly, the Haneda–Fukuoka route will expand to 20 daily round-trips. These increases are aimed at providing more flight options for passengers traveling between Tokyo and major regional hubs in Japan.
Additionally, temporary seasonal increases will be made on routes such as Itami–Sapporo, Itami–Sendai, and Chubu–Okinawa, offering more frequent flights during peak periods from October 26, 2025, to March 28, 2026.
Reductions on Low-Demand Routes
In contrast, ANA will reduce flights on lower-demand routes. For example, the Haneda–Komatsu route will be reduced to two daily flights. Other domestic routes, including Itami–Niigata and Itami–Fukuoka, will also see slight reductions in their frequency. Additionally, the Niigata–Okinawa route will be reduced to 0–1 daily flights starting January 6, 2026.
Peach Aviation will also adjust its Kansai–Fukuoka service, offering 3–5 daily flights between October 26, 2025, and March 28, 2026, depending on demand.
Optimizing Freighter Operations
ANA Cargo is reorganizing its freighter services to better address the rising global demand for cargo transportation. The airline will leverage its Boeing 777F and 767F fleets to ensure that cargo services remain efficient and responsive to market needs. Several key international routes will see changes to their freighter services, including the Narita–Los Angeles (LAX) and Narita–Chicago (ORD) routes, which will both be adjusted for better efficiency.
Looking Towards the Future
ANA acknowledges the ongoing challenges in the aviation industry, particularly with Japan’s domestic travel market still recovering. Rising costs continue to put pressure on profitability, but the airline remains committed to working with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (MLIT) and its Expert Panel on the Future of Domestic Aviation. ANA is focused on ensuring that its network strategy remains sustainable and continues to meet the needs of passengers worldwide.
Starting October 26, 2025, travelers from the US, UK, France, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and more will benefit from ANA, Peach Aviation, and AirJapan’s expanded flight networks, which are designed to meet growing travel demand by offering more frequent and direct connections to key global and domestic destinations. This expansion enhances connectivity, providing greater convenience and flexibility for passengers.
With the expansion of its international services and adjustments to domestic routes, ANA, along with Peach Aviation and AirJapan, is well-positioned to offer increased connectivity, flexibility, and efficiency for travelers from the US, UK, France, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and other regions. This strategic move will provide passengers with more travel options and improve the overall air travel experience.
