  1. I’m sure that will clearly be handled legally and with the utmost dignity with respect for the law and the american people. /S

He’s not gonna suffer a thing but some politicians are getting pocket filled.

  2. Oh no. Thats going to really scare the 400 billion dollar man. /s

  3. Do you think he would accept exile as an alternative to jail when he turns on Trump and exposes their “hand of god” voting machine hack that stole the election?

  4. Well, he was literally “buying votes” with his wealth so he deserves it. I hope he receives the full extent of the law.

  5. Deport him! I mean, he’s a very bad person. Very nasty, right? He should be deported.

  6. The implications of his behavior, particularly over the last year, will damn him forever. He is pure poison, both politically and socially. We all know how this is going to play out. It’s as predictable as a ketamine high in a bathtub.

  7. Crazy that he can just essentially pay a fee or fine for a crime that’s part of the biggest crime of our country’s history.

  8. If he’s accused of committing a crime, rather than a civil offense, why is the result a lawsuit?

Why not arrest and jail or bail while awaiting trial?

I know the de facto answer is “because he’s rich and the rules don’t apply to oligarchs” but is there a de jure reason charges weren’t brought?

  9. Elon must face federal charges for running an illegal election lottery.

  10. The courts can’t do a damn thing that won’t be overturned by the Supreme Court.

  11. It’d be great if he admitted it, whether he actually did it or not. Then the dummies in Washington would have to go through the process of reversing the elections and declaring new winners.

Do I think it’ll happen? No. I think there’ll be a lot of smoke and mirrors while our Democracy is stolen

  12. Hasn’t this happened before? Didn’t he basically claim that “it wasn’t an illegal lottery, the winners were never random, I merely defrauded people by making them believe it was a lottery!” and the court’s response being “cool, case closed, then”?

  13. Who’s “claiming” he did it? He literally did it, it was on the news the whole week it happened? Is everyone gonna pretend that didn’t happen?

  14. Maybe he’ll even say how he “fixed” the voting machines

  15. Whats the fucking point if the damage is already done? People knew it was illegal when he was doing it, and nobody stopped him.

  16. The fact that it’s a lawsuit, and not a criminal trial is so painful.

  17. Must be nice to be sued civilly instead of charged criminally for crimes

  18. Did anything ever happen with his threat to start a new party?

  19. How he wasn’t arrested on the spot in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania is beyond comprehension. Rich people can do anything in this country.

  20. It’s not a claim!!! He blatantly bribed people with that website bullshit. Only way you don’t believe that is if you’re very unintelligent.

  21. Guys, guys, guys, you have to understand. It’s fine that he ran an illegal lottery, because the lottery was also fraudulent! /s
