> Belfast International Refurbishment Completed
Looks good. Now you can wear the toilet seat round your neck like it was a sash for a nice locally-themed pre-flight shite and/or selfie.
I’m not excusing it because I found it the same, but did you report it to anyone?
Also not attacking you because I also did not report it.
“Grand” Central Station is the same. Bathrooms are in shocking nick already.
Trying to think of a time I’ve walked into a public toilet and thought “omg this is amazing it’s so clean” and I’m almost fuckin certain It’s never happened
Belfast International is one of the most shit airports I’ve ever been through
Tbh with the quality of airlines going out of it, the one I semi like is Easyjet.
Calling it an “international” airport really is grasping at things. If the politicians and authorities weren’t useless/vindictive/sectarian, it would be a massive gateway to the island of Ireland by now – really top class hub with perhaps even some regular weekly US flights as well. I have many friends, not from here, who just hated going/coming through it as well.
Hmm, for some reason those £5.00 toilet seats from Home Bargains just aren’t coming with the quality you’d expect anymore..
I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing but I find that to be the case with public services in general in NI.
I went to the Foyle Arena just after it opened and the changing facilities for both the gym and pool were absolutely disgusting. The swimming pool itself had a film of makeup floating on top.
Compare and contrast that with other European countries. There’s only been a few situations where facilities have been next to unusable. In any gym I’ve been in in Germany, they are strict about having a separate set of clean workout shoes as opposed to the shoes you come in with and most people will thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment after use.
I don’t want to use the word entitled, but I really don’t know where this mentality comes from in Northern Ireland or even how it can be addressed or rectified.
You don’t like that cold pissy porcelain on your pooper, no?
The state of public toilet facilities could probably be correlated pretty closely to the amount of socio economic issues a country has. So Belfast international toilets coming right in where they are supposed to be. Covered in shite
Wait until you see the toilet on the plane.
Why are virtually all the public toilets so shit here? Did it become illegal to keep them remotely nice and clean?
I know it’s not a transport hub, but I was just in the bog in Castlecourt and there’s one seat in the lads toilet that could lead a double life as a roller coaster 😂
Heard somewhere along the lines of the stability in the healthcare sector could’ve been increased with around £350m.
We got an easier place to shoot up and an M&S surrounded in glass for £340m…
Know this is the airport, but this just goes to show where the spending ends up.
Seen 20 men on sat morning queing up for a sh*t defo be going before I leave the house the next time
I agree that the airport is a shambles but do you know who leaves the toilets like that?
People.
People are stinking tramps with no respect, you could clean those every 15 minutes and they’d still end up like that.
Still an improvement.
Can’t be Belfast International. There is no big fuckin log hanging out of the bowl and the other end halfway round the bend
The standard of cleaning may not be great, but the standard of hygiene displayed by people using public toilets is far worse.
