1. still waiting for someone to tell me why any of this is the top story over cost of living, ageing population, lonliness epidemic, overseas wars, declining public transport or anything else that actually impacts people’s lives more

   The next announcement from the Government will be for 10,000 houses needed for emergency accomodation.

   We can’t throw them in the sea. Hotels are better than houses. The numbers are coming down.
