  4. After an investigation would be the appropriate time to remove the judge for abuse, and financial sanctions. The point is there has to be a finding of bad faith and intention to harm, which I hope comes about. The finding is important to give guidance so the next asshat tries something there will be easily a method for removal of the judge without debate.

  6. Not just Trump and his family but all those he employs as well. If he had been bankrupted then presumably all those employees would suddenly have been made unemployed. Those judges might quite understandably have suffered some serious "actual, physical backlash" from some of those such affected.

  36. The surreal judicial events that targeted president Trump and his family and those close to him also targeted the whole country. The threat of financial ruin, character assassination , and life imprisonment was very real, and those who attempted that would do it again, and that is why they need to be brought to justice.
