  1. The breakdown while visiting L*ndon is understandable. As is everytning else, German bricks are superior

  2. If this indicates autism, then put me deep on that spectrum.

  3. The only benifits of brick of concrete blocks is that they weigh less and absorb less water (which is meaningless once the concrete has been treated).

By every other metric; cost, compressive strength, fire retardation, construction speed, etc., concrete blocks are far superior.

  4. I mean… he’s completely right.
Bricks are way better than concrete.

  5. We should bring back Roman concrete. They cracked the composition a year ago, so maybe we’ll see it as an option soon.

  6. Masonpilled brickchads bullying those brutalismmaxed concretecels again?

  7. Tbf, brutalist buildings are terrible, so understandable.

  8. He is absolutely correct! Nothing beats the Klinkerstein!

  9. Agreed with the sentiment in the rest of the comments. But Hans can you please keep him away from the beerhalls in Bavaria?

  10. I hope the guy’s brother never visita Eastern Europeu then, if brutalist architecture sends him off…

  11. This is amazing as a non tism whom likes bricks (I just like them, the process, the workmanship, the options for decoration etc). I’m fully for starting an emotional support group for this guy. I can work with cement blocks but I am not a mason, so please don’t let him know that.
