John Deere had it coming with their right to repair bullshit. But I do feel bad for the folks laid off.
>The company is set to fire 115 employees at a facility in East Moline, Illinois, later this month, according to the *Des Moines Register*. Next month, 52 workers at a facility in Moline, Illinois, and 71 employees at a facility in Waterloo, Iowa, will also reportedly be terminated.
Something something Obama’s fault….
It seems that a lot of the workers got what they voted for.
Red hats laid off by their own vote, oh and also remember they voted that healthcare is only for the actively employed
Love to see it

It sucks to see, but happy to see its with a brand where the news will resonate in the rural areas so they can see the consequences of their actions first hand.
I’d blame their tractors needing wifi to be repaired… but that’s just me. (This is false, but the over tech is the implication)
Good thing companies will continue to eat the tariffs and not pass those rising costs onto consumers… /s
Funny how they did over $700m of share buy backs already in 2025. Fuck the employees I guess. How else will the shareholders survive this???
Share price still near ATH….
Oops
They voted for it.
Bye bye John Deere union!
Prob sucks that 70 plus percent of their political donations were for republicans. Should have held onto that money, looks like they need it now.
