Another day of being tourists, after last night’s excellent vegan pizza we need to get some steps in so we’re doing to do part of the Bristol Gromit trail
Annoyingly nothing! Other half is playing golf so I’m stuck at home. Will gladly take some suggestions if anyone has any. Not much round where I live in N.Yorks with no car!
I’ll be picking up some light battens to make my man cave less gloomy. I spent last week reorganising to free up space and now looking forward to work on my motorbikes without a torch in the other hand.
Feeling exhausted and hanging out in bed. Kind of want to read but I’m too tired.
Husband made pancakes for all.
Suggestions welcome for my day in bed.
My wife and I arrived in Selham, West Sussex yesterday around 2pm for a week’s camping and cycling and right now we’re dozing in a rather cold tent on a farm right by the banks of the river Rother with no-one around for miles, the sun is just hitting the tent so hopefully I’ll be able to take my fleece off soon. Egg and bacon rolls for breakfast, a swim in the river which will be bloody freezing, and then at 2pm we’ll walk down to to the local pub, the Three Moles, where the 2 guys who own it are getting married. There’ll be an Argentinian bbq later. It’s going to be a good day.
60km bike ride this morning, see my nephew, then go to see some wrestling with my brother. I anticipate a good day!
