2. I doubt quad summit even goes thru at this rate, at the very least, I cannot see Trump coming which would render is largely pointless.

   Why Modi-Trump rift would threaten global stability, I have no idea. Its not a fight Modi picked, Trump started it for no reason but to antagonize India. He is finding out US is not the influence it was.
