  2. Hungary’s largest humanitarian aid package in history was the one it sent to Ukraine. It exports more electrical power to Ukraine than any other country. They have accepted thousands of refugees. Slovakia approved of sanctions on Russia. They both have consistently appealed for peace and an end to the war.

    A country doesn’t need to act against its own interests and be blindly subservient to Ukraine’s to still support them, or at least not be considered an enemy. Careful or Ukraine could actually make enemies where there weren’t any.
