Think it’s a combination of both the DFI and the utility companies. Was driving in Magherafelt a few weeks ago and one company had closed Rainey street. That’s ok, went out Hospital road instead only to find Union street had been randomly closed one way by a different utility company with absolutely no notice
Happened me a couple weeks ago I was really tested when I had my third diversion mid diversion, what a strange way home I took that day
The M3 last weekend was carnage in East Belfast. Then you get to Queens bridge and they had 1 lane opened there too. Needless to say the weekend of 16/17th no one moved from the east of the city until after 8pm.
Complain when nothing’s upgraded. Complain when things are upgraded.
