The fact that C-SPAN can actually devote an hour-long block of time, *on their flagship TV channel* by the way, to showing a town hall of a House rep who’s only half a year into his second term is a telling sign of how rarely the GOP is actually *holding* town halls. This guy is small fry, yet he’s getting attention simply for doing what the rest of his party is too afraid to do. And I’m sure it’s still going to be a shitshow, because he’s pro-tariff, an apparent supporter of Netanyahu, in favor of the DOGE cuts… and you know the people who agree with him are not going to show up in droves to this thing.

    Sad state of affairs we’re in, isn’t it?
