Fried onion is lovely on it. Havent tried cheese will need to give it a go. I’d use a cheese slice but I’m one of these weirdos that doesn’t like proper cheese on a burger type thing despite the fact I’ll eat all sorts of fancy cheeses. Love goats cheese and blue cheese but on food like this cheapest shittiest cheese slice the better 🤣
