Operating out of Saudi Arabia, low-cost carrier Flyadeal is poised to commence scheduled non-stop flights to Syria, taking an important step towards re-establishing air travel link between the two countries. The carrier will start its operations with three scheduled flights each week from Jeddah to Damascus, commencing on the official launch day. This will be followed by four weekly services from Riyadh, starting October 2, creating a total of seven weekly flights—one for each day—between Saudi Arabia and Syria. This split schedule allows travelers departing from the Kingdom’s two major cities to enjoy improved connectivity to the Syrian capital.
