Meghan Markle is sharing her love for a classic fast-food treat.
In season 2 of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex reflected on her acting career and how she used to “treat” herself with a McDonald’s apple pie after a successful audition.
“My love of a little handheld apple pie runs deep,” Meghan, 44, recalled while speaking with Tan France, “and it is because when I was an auditioning actor, if I thought I did really well at an audition, most actresses would probably think, ‘I went on an audition, I’m going to go to the gym.’ Nope. I was like, ‘That went well, I’m going to treat myself with a drive-through apple pie.’ “
She added, “So I’d go to the drive-through at McDonald’s and buy myself an apple pie.”
Meghan and Prince Harry have previously revealed that they are fans of In-N-Out Burger. In fact, she said it was her husband’s “favorite” in a 2022 interview with Variety.

“There’s one at the halfway point between L.A. and our neck of the woods. It’s really fun to go through the drive-through and surprise them. They know our order,” Meghan told Variety.
Prince Harry, 40, previously shared their go-to In-N-Out orders exclusively with PEOPLE.
“In-N-Out is the best! I order two double-doubles, animal style, fries and a Coke! And that’s just for me! Meg gets the cheeseburger and fries with sides of jalapeños. I just stick with ketchup and that special sauce of theirs,” he said. “So good!”
