Hmmm. When this story 1st came out in the Scotland sub – before national attention – it was alleged that this young lady was armed and harassing people in the street.
There were multiple reports to the police. One of the people she was harassing filmed her.
I don’t know either way, but it’s certainly interesting the amount of assumption that’s going on here.
EDIT: I reiterate AGAIN. No one knows the facts of this until an investigation is done. I personally find gloryfying this dangerous.
The LAST thing the UK needs is tooled up teenagers roaming the streets ‘defending’ themselves against ‘immigrants’ because they want to be hailed as some ‘saviour’ of the UK.

Let’s remember that the vast majority of children who carry knives in Scotland do so not because of immigrants but because of gangs and other children who often live in the same postcode but on the different side of some imaginary line.
When I was 10 I had a knife pulled on me in a Glasgow suburb by a girl of around 13. Just walking on a path between houses, hadn’t even looked at her. Didn’t mug me just wanted to scare me and show me she was hard. Why was she armed? Not because of immigrants. Sad fact is there are Scottish children carrying weapons and in some communities it goes back a long way

Girls are being harassed by immigrants (happened at my own daughter’s school) and feral children are abusing anyone who crosses their path. A child shouldn’t be brandishing an axe and a knife but the weapons/tools she has are perfectly legal for adults to own. You can buy an axe in B&Q with ID… Her parents have done a bad job if she has access to them. Dangerous items should be locked away. That said, we don’t know the full story, who the guy is or if the girls have been threatened by this man before.
As an aside, disarming the population was a terrible idea because the police can’t be trusted to protect us. We live in a country where during a break in, you have to choose between risking the safety of your family by waiting for the police or taking action against the home invader and facing prosecution. I know which is the right choice. The state should never have a monopoly on the use of force. The only way to oppose crime is for the criminals to fear their potential victims.
