  1. Not mention how much Russian gas is burning into the atmosphere!

  2. Encouraged by the President of the United States, Krasnov!!

  3. Paved and asphalted roads really ARE overrated… I hope the average Ruski-Ivan is glad their tax-money is being spend on another shaded blowing up another kindergarten i Kherson….

  4. That sounds like a lot, but the US has a defense budget of $850B, dividing that by 365 gives you $2.33B per day, or $97M per hour. Funding Ukraine was the most cost-effective use of defense dollars.

  5. That is just an estimate, not counting lost production and lost lives, lost credibility and looking stupid at army parades

  6. that is 0.026% of russias gdp per day, 0,182% per week, 0,78% per month and 9,3% per year…insane

  7. Vladimir wrecked the Motherlands economy send him a body bag and sack of onions

  8. Russia has around 40 million retired people, and an avg pension of $300.

With this they could pay *every* retired person an additional $400/month…

But fuck them, let’s shell UA cities instead!

  9. Their gdp is going to plunge because of 1, secondary sanctions if they ever happen 2. They are killing all the working age males 3. Anyone with enough brain and money for bribes is fleeing the rat hole

  10. And a big portion of their population don’t even have a toilet

  11. ruskis could have toiletized their whole country for this money.

  12. Bleeding to death. No need for costly counter attacks. Just keep the pressure up and the Russian bear will identify and eat its main problem: The evil eunuch elf

  13. Does this include “private sector” repairs of infrastructure?

  14. We are seeing the true expenses of the war start to kick in for Russia this year especially because of the simple fact that they have managed to burn through practically their entire inherited war chest from the decades of the Soviet Empire in the last 3 years of this war.

Ukraine was never supposed to be capable of withstanding the onslaught of tanks, artillery, and air bombs that Russia threw at Ukraine. Indeed, a large reason being their sheer in incompetence at using it all to its best advantage, but also simply waging war like the hundreds of men and millions in dollars of equipment burnt up each day was totally sustainable.

We are seeing Russia at its limit finally, being forced to actually produce the equipment and supplies they expect to use in the war effort in real time. That would be hard for them to do in the best of times, but their economy is simply being choked out of the oxygen it needs to burn at full blast.

Soon enough there won’t be anymore to burn, and that’s when the whole thing eats itself..

  15. Good. Burn it. Burn it all. Throw Lavrov and Solovyov on the pyre for good measure.

  16. Serious question…how do they fund it? Like the UK funded an enormous COVID scheme of 400+bn £ by borrowing with the idea that salvaging an economy is worth lending for. When Truss fucked the economy, people weren’t as keen to lend. So how can Russia fund this? I know they have oil wealth but… they’re not as rich as countries like the UK/Germany etc
