Ever since I started working out back in 2020, I have been using one fitness app to log every workout religiously.
For context, I was a sophomore in college in 2020, graduated in 2022 and am currently 25.
I was super into working out back then, but life is life, so I have been too busy to give it the energy I once had. Recently, I became single again and found more time. Also, I got more serious about my medical conditions (hEDS and a heart valve problem) so I pivoted away from deadlifts and squats which is reflected in the data. This pivot created more time for bench which is also reflected with a sharp upwards tick recently.
Overall, pretty cool to see what 5 years of lifting and 700 workouts as a casual look like. Let me know if I should add any other graphs. o7

Without normalizing by the number of times you worked out a muscle group, it’s hard to draw conclusions
what does “running mass total” mean?
what software do you use to track the workouts?
What app do you use to track your performance?
Dude, those leg gains are seriously lagging behind your chest and back! 😂 Time to amp up those squats and deadlifts, bro! But seriously, massive props on the consistency. This is super motivating! 💪 Keep at it and balance out those workouts!
Why do you hate your core?
What did you change in 2022? Some results maintained trajectory, but others increased like Core, Chest, and Back.
how do you measure the actual mass gained in one muscle group?
