In the uni I went to I paid like 300€/year, the normal rate (that all the Chinese students paid) was something like 4800€/ year

They’ll go over, not integrate, try to make the world around them conform to their narrow sets of beliefs, barely speak the local language, and it’s debatable that anyone is better off from this.
