  1. Weird headline. I don’t recall turning on the Labour Party. It’s only been a year. But I do remember turning on the Tory scum party

  2. Like Farage and his gaggle of barely above room temperature IQ ideologues will do any better. Farage is all hot air and zero substance and always has been.

  3. Dick heads letting right wing media barons do their thinking for them. They just can’t wait to die for a billionaire to add another quid to its hoard.

  4. He has stabbed his Chancellor in the back. He has not got the guts to sack her. So has taken away her No.2 and has appointed an economic adviser to him directly. The same thing with Thatcher and Lawson. Reeves will be 1st to go, and then Starmer, in quick order. Watch this space.

  5. I am really not looking forward to reform getting in… People clearly haven’t looked at the issues happening in America.

  6. The majority of people want tax cuts and spending cuts. They increase taxes and spending on the public sector, depressing growth and we pay borrowing levels not only higher than when Truss was in power but higher than Greece! And it’s going to get worse as Labour introduced the employee rights bill that puts employee rights like France and destroys flexible labour markets, further depressing growth, and the education amendments that collapse one of the Tories rare achievements in their time in office – educational improvement – and will result in a less competitive domestic workforce.

The majority of people want to stop small boats. They are at their record levels this year.

The majority of people want asylum centre hotels closed immediately. The government has just argued in court that the obligations to asylum seekers supersede the safety interests of local residents.

The majority of people want a tougher approach on immigration, both lawful and unlawful. Labour is headed by an ex-human rights lawyer who couldn’t be further from this belief if he tried.

Is it any wonder? He was always doomed to fail. He’s in no man’s land. Both the right and the left can’t stand him. His “back to work” video yesterday was classic Starmer – 2 mins of management guff that says absolutely nothing and in an effort to please everyone, pleased no one. His lack of conviction even caused his own Chancellor to be crying behind him.

Possibly the biggest wet wipe we’ve had as a leader in my living memory.

  7. Starner is a man that wants power…he doesn’t care how he gets it.

Remember he was with corbyn before….then he claims he wasn’t.

The man isn’t to be trusted at all.

Honestly…I’m not sure what he believes in at all

  8. Meanwhile in other news… Jodi meets putin and xi in China, the US is destroying itself from within and moving closer to these people, israel is commiting geneocide and are about to steal all of Palestine..and uk national and foreign policy is being dictated by anybody that can mount an effective Facebook campaign.

  9. Ah man, poor Keir. And he’s got a St George’s Cross up at home and everything (because Morgan told him to). Thought that was gonna turn it all around for him?!

  10. …..and all the gutterpress lurches just lap it all up as usual, not a critical thought amongst them . . .

  11. It always amazes me in British politics how people vote for a party based on a manifesto and then abandon them after disillusionment sets in from all the broken promises. Now they think a different party will make things better and rally round them. Repeat ad infinitum.

*If anyone asks what’s the solution then I don’t know, nobody knows, it’s all pointless, everything.

  12. Gotta be honest, i didnt vote for Labour but he’s been doing alright by my books. He’s addressing situations as they arise and is genuinely changing things, which is in itself a change from more recent government.

The only issue I see is that his own party seem to be acting against him at times, which makes things hard or impossible at times.

  13. Labour is a right wing party now, so I’ll vote elsewhere

  14. Think it’s time for Starmer to go and have a big reshuffle. This cabinet and chancellor are a disaster. Shame that Labour doesn’t have a good removals policy like the Conservatives 1922 committee.

  15. All the intellectually sub optimals on here, who happily voted for Johnson & Brexit, now attacking Starmer bcs he hasn’t yet, after a whole year, managed to solve the shit show that these voters and the Tories created over 14 years. Gutless, stupid, venal losers. The country is screwed not bcs of Labour, but bcs of them. God forbid they should admit some responsibility 🙄

  16. Starmer and co were celebrating their party ‘win’ like they were victorious in an epic battle….really it was the Tories being so unimaginably shite, that Labour got in. Now the same will happen with Reform

  17. The issue lies in that this isn’t a Labour Party it’s a Tory party in disguise. He has a background in Human rights law yet is happy to fund Genocide and arrest grannies for peacefully protesting against it. Here lies just one of the many failures.
