    Wouldn’t this be Obstruction of Justice, a crime in and of itself…???

    Tampering with evidence – intentionally altering or destroying evidence to hinder an investigation.

    Giving false evidence – Intentionally lying to investigators &/or providing false evidence to impede the investigation.

    I wouldn’t put it past him to be warning at least a select few that their names are on the list and that they had best get their stories straight before the FBI comes a knocking …
