  8. He is asking why they are playing games. He started playing stupid games he knew he had no right to tow that vehicle. He should get what he deserves that was basically cat theft. Throw the book at him it is the only way these stupid people will understand. How many have done these stupid things that have never been in trouble then they toss their jobs and freedom over someone who wouldn’t lift a finger to help them
