4. Good intentions, however one issue that is overlooked in the uk system is catchment areas. Some state schools have amazing funding and comparable exam results to private schools, however houses in the catchment areas are so expensive it prices out anyone that is not upper class.

5. There already are 100% free schools in the UK, and they often do rival them already.
