Such a shame. Princess Martha Louise was always so beautiful, but she’s completely bonkers.
Martha decided to go her own way years ago. After Durek entered the picture, a deal was made between the King and Martha that she would not use her connection to the royal family in her commercial activities. So naturally, she sold the rights to her royal wedding to Hello and Netflix, and gets payed to spill the inner family gossip about the King and Queen’s reception of a self-proclaimed half-reptilian shaman as a son-in-law.
Much like Harry and Meghan, Martha seems unable to make a sufficient income to provide for the lifestyle to which she is accustomed without monetizing on spilling the goss about the aging, hard-working King and Queen, her parents. My heart goes out to them.
While I know she, again like Harry and Meghan, desperatly wants this to be a story of how the happy couple is the victim of a rascist society, the Norwegian people could not care less about who she married. They do, however, object strongly to the self-proclaimed half reptilian shaman using his connections to the royal family to promote his brand. Calling himself a royal in this «documentary» certainly strengthens the hypothesis that his is a goal of cashing in on his newfound fame. I wish them all the happiness in the world, outside of the spotlight the princess claims to detest. Funny how she simultaneously seems so keen on it. Provided she is paid handsomely, that is.
Honestly if I had to bet on one European monarchy not lasting much longer I’d be the Norwegian one. We have this, Hakon’s criminal stepson, his wife who allegedly told her son police would search his apt and helped him clean it, plus allegedly the stepson abused (?) his ex gf on the Royal yacht with everyone there and nothing. Hakon’s wife basically won’t be able to work in a few years. Hakon taking his stepson on holidays after his crimes were divulged. And this whole mess. Like…
Ingrid is rumored to be fond of ❄️, she’s now far away for her studies, her younger brother is not a working royal. It’s just an absolute mess. I think the NRF should count themselves lucky Norwegians don’t seem to care about them so much.
That said…I will be watching. Also, rumors aside, Ingrid really is the prettiest princess of this new generation.
