At first glimpse I would say that OP needs to fix their gate
He clearly tried your gate but it’s damaged/locked/stuck.
Fix your gate. These guys get paid very little for each package delivered, they don’t have time to faff with your knackered gate.
Filming people doing their job (albeit poorly) and then posting it on the web is just creepy.

My personal opinion is if the item in the package isn’t damaged, then who cares?

I would have probably just climbed the gate if I couldn’t get it to move at all.
Everyone saying they need to fix their gate but he could’ve just reached down and lightly dropped it over instead of chucking it down the path

Was the parcel a working gate lock?
Yeah, they get paid way too low and are on the clock, meaning you need to move fast, every delivery should take 1 minute, no more than that, so obviously they don’t wait for you to open or do stuff like this, better Amazon start working on the staff.
