These crazy birds have lived in St James park next to Buckingham Palace since 1664! I’d no idea.
They just wander about chill as you like.

  2. So technically, the pelicans have a longer lease on London than most of us.

  7. I knew that London was further south than most of the UK, but it was still a shock the first time I saw them and thought ‘Wait, we’re not THAT far south, are we?!’

  10. Never realised pelicans were that massive! Mind you, I’ve never seen one and never knew this. On my list now when I next visit London!
