1. Wait for the outrage when the Kremlin is hit in retaliation.

   apartments

   theaters

   hospitals

   civilians

   Foreign owned businesses

   etc.

5. It’s a sad reality that attack on Government building draws more attention than dozens of damaged or destroyed residential buildings. Russians murdered a mother with her infant son in Kyiv. Hundreds of families lost their homes overnight. And this happens every week and every day. Russia must be punished.
