1. Some stats came out the other day only 1 in 6 prisoners is even a fighter. So once again the genocidal fucks are starving and abusing innocent people in the name of…. whatever the fuck they are calling it these days. Lebensraum ?? That’s what their predecessors called it.

   It’s insane that a court has to rule that starving prisoners is not acceptable. Starving to malnourishment and death.

   And yet the line seems to be that Hamas does it as well. Fine, if that’s your reasoning then the IDF and prison service should be proscribed organisations with their members subject to arrest

3. The Zionist machine and their depraved society can sense the whole world is now aware of their depravity, and is now trying act holy. Fuck ‘em. We know what they are and what they stand for. Free Palestine. From the river to the sea.

So even in their own prisons, where they are usually locking Palestinians up based on the flimsiest of excuses, if any at all, and a fair trial, or even a trial to begin with is also usually off the table, rape and torture is common for them… Even doing all of that against them they feel they need to actually try and starve them out too? And criticizing that is antisemitism?

   That’s where we’re at, this isn’t about Politics or Judaism, people like Itamar Ben-Gvir are human garbage.

5. Usual radio silence from the regular Israel defenders on this sub. They always insist that anyone who is part of the government if Gaza is a terrorist and can be assassinated and even insist that tens or hundreds of people being murdered alongside them is acceptable collateral, so what does that make a state that routinely tortures and starves innocent people on the basis of their ethnicity?

6. The Israelis actually fool themselves into thinking they are a democracy with a functioning justice system because of very occasional decisions like this.

   “But Israel is such an advanced democracy, even our own courts sometimes object to our long-term depraved and illegal policies and actions” isn’t the win Israelis think it is.

   Bear in mind that less than 1% of crimes by Israeli soldiers lead to a prosecution, including for murder of Palestinians.

   Israel allows rape and torture. It is systemic, not an anomaly, as reports from Israeli human rights groups have shown.

   I can’t recall whether they even punished the gang of rapist soldiers caught on video. I shudder to imagine what hasn’t been captured on video. Polls showed the majority in Israel didn’t think the gang rapists should be prosecuted.

   They dropped charges against another group of Israeli soldiers who tortured and killed a Palestinian man in the same prison camp, despite video footage of them stabbing him in the face and audio confessions of the murder.

   It’s a fundamentally morally bankrupt rogue state. The huge gap between how Israel sees itself and what it actually is beggars belief.

7. Inb4 the Israel-defender brigade: “you see Israel’s system works! They admit when they’re wrong! You’re just antisemitic, you don’t get it, every Palestinian child is born a terrorist, starving them is self defense”

   Ok the last part is the quiet bit, but it sometimes comes out.
