  11. 5 or 6 years ago, Numatic had an exclusive with John Lewis which resulted in the birth of a John and a Lewis model. Might be collectors items now

  19. I inherited a George when I bought my house. Absolute beast.

  20. I own Charles. He did an excellent job of sooking up the garage flood. He’s a good lad.

  21. George is the best one they make. Buy a hairo-brush (from the henry pet version) and you can clean anything

  22. I inherited a big yellow industrial James a few years ago, what a trooper that unit and he’s still going strong.

  23. My workplace once got a little flooded and the third party cleaner brought in his Charles. Those things are awesome

  28. Henry hoovers are a mystery to be honest, they’ve been about for over 40 years, the design hasn’t changed but they are still the no nonsense hoover that are still popular

  30. Weirdly I was just wondering what the difference was between the different hoovers in the range. Many (not all) look identical.

  40. They launched Andrew alongside Henry & Charles but sales weren’t great.
