Norway's rehabilitation-oriented Penal system is presented as civil and humane, but it just feels unfair. Why does the Norwegian government care about the human rights of a Neo-Nazi Terrorist who disregards the human rights of dozens of innocent people? This is not Civilization, it is Pacifism at the level of stupidity. Please someone explain this to me.
