  1. It is high time that we stop acting as if Russia is only Ukraine’s problem.

“People came to realize that not standing up for someone else’s freedom meant surrendering one’s own freedom.” Havel about the trial of the “plastic people of the universe, ” a band that refused to conform with communist ideological ideas.

Russia is our common enemy, and without defeating this enemy and forcing them to surrender unconditionally, we will not have peace in Europe. Russia is incapable of peaceful co existence and they are our systemic enemy and should be finally treated like an outlaw state with whom we do no business and when they attack Poland, then there must be a response because one cannot negotiate with terrorists without the use of force.

  2. Who is this dumb lady and why do we care about the false information she is spreading? Does this thread not even care about being objective at all?

  3. Putin growing desperate. Needs to escalate to deescalate. wants excuse to use tactical nukes to end war he can’t otherwise end. Can’t count on pedo donnie or republicans or EU. Where are the adults?

  4. How many tanks does Russia produce per year.

Russian tank production has significantly increased since 2022, particularly for the T-90M model. While production was around 90-110 T-90s per year before 2022, it has reportedly tripled, with estimates ranging from 280 to 300 tanks produced in 2024. Some sources suggest even higher figures, with one estimating a potential output of 1000 tanks by mid-2028.
    Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
Pre-2022: Before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia primarily produced tanks for export, with domestic production being relatively low.

2022: Production of T-90Ms began, with estimates of around 60-70 units.

2023: Production of T-90Ms is estimated to have increased to 140-180 units.

2024: Production is estimated to have exceeded 250 units, possibly reaching 300, including newly built and modernized tanks.

How many drones does Russia produce with the help of Iran?

Ukraine alone produces roughly 3.5 to 4 million drones , most sophisticated than Russian ones.

How many jets does Russia produce?

    How many anti-aircraft systems?

    Artillery and barrels?

    Trucks?

They produce far too little from new production to even remotely replace their yearly losses in this war. So even IF they would outproduce us vastly which they don’t. then they would still suffer enormous attrition while we suffer none, and that means their relative strength declines and does not rise at the moment compared to Western strength.

Needless to say, Russia produces de industrialised and outdated trash in most categories and what is not outdated, and trash is full of Western spares and also gets destroyed by Ukraine. It is really foolish to think Russia can fully replace their losses and, on top of that, build a reserve to fight NATO.

There are vast storage sites in the US for Bradley’s and Abrams tanks, and quite a lot of Leopard 2 tanks across Europe. The total number of tanks produced by the US, the EU and the UK per year has also increased and will increase further as we are nowhere near maximum capacity.

    Ammunition?

The EU and the US, but also Ukraine Poland and others, have heavily scaled up their production.

The EU alone produces 2 million rounds per year. The US sits at roughly 50k shells per month, and this will rise to 100k by mid- to the end of 2026. Ukraine produces 2.5 million rounds across all calibers.

Canada invested 9.5 billion in ammo production.

The UK invests massively as well.

That does not include missiles and other ordnance.

Artillery, armored vehicles, etc. Russia is a development country, 70 percent of their GDP is tied to coal, gas, oil, metals. wheat and other raw materials.

The West dominates the weapon export market. We have thousands of tanks and armored vehicles in storage. Western air, naval, and missile power is vastly superior compared to Russia.

Russia could only keep up as long as this was a war of stockpiles. In a war of attrition, industries, and logistics, Russia is an impoverished joke, and so are her allies with the exception of China.

Given the current trajectory of investments and production expansion, Russia is without any chance to compete unless they win the war really fast, like within a year from now.

Russia is an impoverished and corrupt third world country that can not compete with the West in any way in a direct conflict. Russia can not even compete with Ukraine in some key categories, neither in quality troops or modern equipment.

Russia is now weaker by far than they were at the beginning of the invasion simply due to their enormous attrition rates that far outstrip their production rates.

Russia lost 100s of pilots, tens of thousands of officers, most of their Soviet stockpiles, and over a million casualties. And of course, the European nations also buy weapons from South Korea, etc. and it is not only about how much you can produce yourself, but also about how much you can afford to buy from others.

The Russian GDP is a joke compared to the EU UK, etc. and our coffers are way deeper than theirs. Compared to them, Western production is only now gaining industrial scale. The production will increase exponentially with new factories by Rheinmetall, etc. coming online.

The US, the EU, UK, Canada, Australia and Ukraine easily outproduce Russia in Ammunition and drone production, in tank, artillery and armored vehicles production too when we count it all together and factor in the exports of Western nations. The arms production of South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan as further key allies are not even included in this calculus.

  5. Let me grab a pen and a paper! This letter will be very strong worded

  6. This may or may not be connected, but Gomel Belarus officials stated that all radio and television broadcasts are shutting down next week ‘for system upgrades’. To me, they are getting ready to suppress a live response, or their infrastructure will vw used to guide drones.
