MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A piece of the Broad Avenue Arts District was recently sold for over $1 million.
The property at 2537 Broad Avenue was sold to Broad Cornerstone, LLC for $1.29 million in August.
According to the Memphis Business Journal, Memphis-based artisan market Joffa will take up one of the two spaces in the property.
A new branch of Dyersburg-based First Citizens National Bank is also being planned for the building.
Retail store Powell Smythe recently announced they are moving away from the space, teasing another announcement on their future to come.
