  1. >**What is the goal of Russia’s ………………….. ?**

    Divide, distract, demoralize.

Shortest article ever. I can write it myself.

Any other fucking questions? Or are we done asking the obvious over and over and over again?

  2. These disingenuous headlines need to stop. A bunch of unarmed decoy drones do not constitute a mass drone attack. An airspace violation is not an attack by any reasonable definition.

Nobody is going to war over this. Not even Poland, and it was their airspace.

  3. By using two dozen decoy drones they can actively take out systems destined to be in ukraine and divert them to polish and other borders without actually even hitting a target. Mission accomplished. How are people not talking about this?!?! Its like we want to spread Russian propaganda. NATO is not the mission. Ukraine is. So by doing this cheap stunt they are sowing fear along NATO borders . And then the air defence will get redirected away from the mission.

  4. It should do the opposite of what Russia wants and send more anti-aircraft defences to Ukraine.

  5. Should implement a no-fly zone over a fixed distanced line from western Ucraine. Every time something similar happens, the line moves a bit to the east.

  6. To give the impression they are not completely impotent which is obvious that they are.

  7. What is the goal?

The purpose is to probe NATOs defenses. Learn what time lags there are. What assets are used to respond and from where they response from. How far can drones fly before being intercepted. The response and flight times to bank on when missiles are launched. It also guauges the political response, will, and timing.

What seems to Trump as a “possible mistake ” is a cheap way for Russia to prepare for a future event.

In my mind, this is the start.

  8. I’m thinking it may be a “death by police” scenario. Russia doesn’t want the embarrassment of losing to Ukraine and it would be much less politically devastating for the war to be ended by a confrontation with nato. Just speculation

  9. Testing the waters to see how Poland and NATO react. Forming plans on who comes next. Putin wants a land bridge to Karlingrad.

How should Poland and NATO react? Get off their arses immediately, expell all Russian diplomats, give Ukraine everything it needs, build up troops within 20km of Russian borders, stop buying anything Russian, apply sanctions against countries that trade with Russia.

  10. NATO should just start shooting down all Russian drones, missiles and aircraft

  11. Probing for weakness. Poland isn’t a country for Putin too fuck around with tho. It could liberate Belarus is a flash and Russia could do nothing but threaten to go nuclear.

  12. Russia and Belarus think they want some nato action but they don’t. They really don’t want or need this..but they may get a taste of hell anyway

  13. So electronic warfare and change the direction of the drones. I think NATO should use EW to direct all drones back towards Belarus “because they looked like they were going towards Poland” and it just so happened the drones when redirected ended up in Belarus. Imagine that.

  14. NATO should – in an underciver mission – fire a long range missile and take out the jammer in Kaliningrad.

Besides confiscating the 200 billion frozen money. And openly say they take the cash because of the attack.
