  2. They do paid rides in these near where I live. So we get these over every day quite a few times and they are nice to see but noisy.

  3. Beautiful. Must be the best job in the world flying old warbirds.

  5. I live near Goodwood and am lucky enough to have one fly over most weekends. You know its the Spitfire before you see it just from the noise 

  6. There used to be one stored at a local airfield about 10 mins drive from my house so I used to see and hear it quite often.

    Unfortunately the runway is now closed and the hangars have been converted into an aerospace museum.

    I miss the sight and sounds.

    It’s on my bucket list to take a flight in one.
