Wahey, it's late, it's Saturday night!
Why are you still up? Off out for a fight? Doing the night shift?

My favourite portuguese word that I have learnt today is dançarino/dançarina (dancer). It is such a lovely word that I have forgiven duolingo for all its annoying notifications.
I’m feeling down after a call of cthulhu game, so I’m attempting to cheer myself up with music and menu planning.
waking up really calm and peaceful should’ve been a warning sign of a late night panic attack really. i think im just over the peak but this one was *bad*, like almost-completely-lost-my-breath-and-debating-going-to-the-hospital level of bad.
bit late innit?
also got my eye on you automod

Watching Naruto Shippuden.
I’ve been bingeing all of Naruto lately. Never seen it before. Pretty good.
Just saw Nick Helm do comedy for two hours. Properly kept me up – he was right funny but I’m not going to be able to sleep for hours! Maybe some tea would help… hm.
Well finished work, my mum picked me up in the van, she started the company and is in her 70s, blasting hardcore trance and techno as apparently some weird throat singer is a dj and she likes it, been home a few hours she is now watching iron maiden concerts, my brain is melting, not sure if I need to book a dignatas holiday.
Really good day today: lie in, hair cut that I actually like, to a cafe for a surprisingly nice hot chocolate while I read my book, home and straight out for a dog walk in the rain, back home again and made a fire, made a Chinese fakeaway for tea and read for ages while having a couple of whiskies.
I’m thinking about bed now, but I’m not tired and I’m really enjoying my book. I’m tempted to have another whisky because I don’t have to get up early in the morning, but three is usually my limit.
These are the days that make life worth living.
Not long got in from my usual saturday shift, but not with favourite colleague! They are on annual leave this week, so I ended up with another colleague i actually work with on a different night of the week! So i was a bit spun out earlier haha!
I’m getting a bit porky again, I can feel it in my clothes… need to do something about that.
A lot of the bits I want for my new phone(iPhone 17PM 512GB in Cosmic Orange) are currently on a limited time deal on amazon. Debating whether to buy it all while its cheap to save a bit of money.
Got a late train home. Had to help an elderly gent who became unwell on the train get medical attention, so now I’m on the late late train home…. Knackered!
I came upstairs to read for a bit before bed and accidentally read 200 pages. I’ve finished my book but it had a sad ending, so I’m feeling too melancholic to go straight to sleep.
Left at around 6am, only just got back in and about to have my dinner, should’ve eaten breakfast and lunch but I just wasn’t hungry. Bumped into a drunk man with an England flag shirt on and saying some slightly unsavoury things about the muslim dispatcher but apart from that it’s been ok
I saw a nice looking car whilst walking to the gym today. It was my first time seeing a Kia Stinger. I was wondering why it’s not a common car.
To those that are still living at home with family, do you dream of having your own place someday? Even though there’s only 3 of us here, it still feels inconvenient with sharing one bathroom and a kitchen. And having to store everything in your own bedroom, including some food that doesn’t need to be in the fridge or freezer. I want to expand my wardrobe, but I’m limited by space, so I have bare minimum of clothes for all seasons. I can’t really invite anyone over because there’s little privacy, maybe we could sit in the garden, but then we live in an end terraced house, so the neighbour could be in their garden too. I’ve been watching a lot of videos on The Luxury Home Show channel on YouTube. 6 bedroom house in Buckinghamshire? Sign me up.
Also how do people get into a good sleep routine? I feel like reading a book keeps me up instead of helping me to sleep. I remember someone saying if you can’t fall asleep within 20 minutes in bed, you’re better off getting up and doing something until you’re tired. I have to either eat a lot of simple carbs or be sleep deprived to sleep at night and wake up in the morning.
Playing my sims 2 uberhood, just divorced two sims when one came home right on time to catch the other jumping into bed with another bloke. All the kids started crying.
