  1. In France we put butter and gruyère cheese in spaghetti….

  2. Schlagrahm/chantilly/squirty cream on top of a cappuccino.

    Looking at you Belgium! ಠ_ಠ

  3. This is an ipressive fuckup, I must say! Would try for sure

  4. Schnitzel served with rice. Pretty standard in Slovakia, but makes Czechs crawl up a wall just hearing about it. Austrians are supposedly okay with it.

  5. My Austrian mom used to make „Zimt-Zucker-Nudeln“ which are noodles, prefereable spaghetti, with butter, sugar and cinnamon. At least i know a few friends who ate it also in their childhood but i dont know if its a common meal. Its cheap and fast.

  6. The first time I ordered lasagna in Britain I was not ready to be offered a choice of chips or mash as a side dish. Also, it’s common to order garlic bread or dough balls to go with your pizza. Just a nation of carb-lovers, I guess.

  7. Okay.. so Austrians have a salty “clear” soup which has pancake pieces in it. The Frittatensuppe.

  8. Los he comido en España,de ensalada de pollo,de bacon con queso y vegetales..Está buena esa mezcla de sabores.

  9. In norway we put garlic sause on pizza(its the best way to eat pizza!)

We fuck up tacos every friday here too. A mexican person would not even know its supposed to be tacos

In my town we put hotdogs in waffles

  10. I put salt on my pierogis and dip them in ketchup

  11. In poland we eat pasta with strawberries. The italians are always shocked 😭

  12. I’m usually the first to shit in Northern European cuisine, but croissants and chicken salad doesn’t sound too bad tbf.

  13. Funny, my Mom (US) does the stuffed croissant thing with tuna salad.

  14. Polish version of Hungarian lecsó is made with sausage, mushroom and zucchini. Apparently it’s a blasphemy 😅

  15. Man, I want to try so much of the “weird” fucked up food combos being showcased in this thread.
