A man involved in a violent confrontation in the parking lot of a restaurant in Saratoga County is in a coma. The lawyer representing Joshua Soden and his family said Monday that Soden was still in critical condition.

A man involved in a violent confrontation in the parking lot of a restaurant in Saratoga County is in a coma.

The lawyer representing Joshua Soden and his family said Monday that Soden was still in critical condition.

According to court documents NewsChannel 13 first told you about last week, Soden was allegedly hit by a car driven by his coworker, Morgan Lange, while she was accused of driving drunk.

This happened last Monday night outside Bentley’s Tavern in Malta.

Soden’s lawyer said his office is investigating whether Lange was overserved alcohol by one or more businesses nearby, including a restaurant and a gas station.

Soden was pinned under the car before being freed by first responders.

There is a GoFundMe set up to help raise money for Soden’s medical care. The page has raised more than $21,000.
