  1. The fact that the royal family welcomed a convicted felon, rapist and pedophile into the Royal Family homes says a lot about the Windsor.

  2. I don’t think so. Only specific people hate Meghan ( though if you are online a lot and in spaces that spend a lot of time talking about the royals , it can really seem that everyone hates her . The reality is most people don’t spend time thinking about her unless they really spend time following the royals/royal gossip or if it’s media targeting her because she’s good ‘gossip’, and I hate to say that ) but most people across the board recognise hate Andrew and know he’s a creep asshole.

  4. Apparently the Royal are above the law and criticism. A cheeky little boy Prince and a child activist deserves to be condemned ( sarcasm). The people who are complicit is worrisome.

  5. Nah. He gets hate, as much as her or more. Anytime you see him posted or showing his face, he gets dragged. Not so for Meghan, she has folks who like her and defend her. I, personally, chose to believe the scene in The Crown where the then PoW, says to Andrew before his wedding – something like the press is:  “relieved to be writing about something other than the wedding of a fringe member of the family who’ll never be king”.

  13. I don’t think anyone likes him outside of his circle of friends, he’s consistently the least popular member of the royal family. Most people can’t stand him. People agree on that so much that it simply doesn’t make for an interesting discussion, it’s the one thing to unite us all.

Meh Meghan do not care for her shes far too fake and phony to me would make a good politician or used car sales women, definitely did not make it big as a actress who only real huge role was that one from Canada “Suits” and no one really talked about her until she married her husband, and people only talk about Harry and her due to who Harry is connected to the RF and Diana without that they would be unknown.

  16. That lower photo of him reminds me of a TV/film villain, but I can’t think of who. I’m not even sure if I’m reminded of an animated character or an actual actor (I thought it was one of the animated iterations of the Penguin from Batman, but that’s not it).

    Does anyone have any suggestions on who I might be thinking of?

  17. Andrew didn’t have a day out. He was at the funeral of a relative and was paying his respects, as it’s normal to do.

    He’s still hated by everyone but at least has the decency to keep out of sight almost all of the year.

    Meghan can’t launch a tv show or product without mentioning her time at the RF or make snide remarks of how awful it was. She’s always visible, that’s the difference.

  26. You know exactly why Meghan gets more hate and that it is not for anything she has actually done but what she is. It is made all more obvious when you have individuals like Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson receiving less hate.

  34. I found it so odd that numerous members of the royal family were big eyed smiles and not the usual somber appearance you’d expect. Even from the ministers or priests whatever they are called in the church or England. They even greeted her husband like it was his birthday and not the hardest day of his life. Will and Catherine were the only ones outside of the immediate family that seemed to display the appropriate facial tones of a funeral you’d expect.

    I’m not judging anyone for the way they grieve. No one need to cry or anything. Its just this family is almost masterful in their ability to hold stoicism and even one would argue ability to disassociate from normal emotional responses in public, so I expected expressionless faces today. I was shocked by the almost amusement of some.

    I think the church staff bothered me more than the family though, because the family should be able to act however they want. What I deem appropriate is not always what others would. There’s no right way. I worked for the Catholic church and worked with many funerals and it was kind of your job to display an appropriate to have Idk if somber the right word, I wanna say something else. You’re taught to show gentleness and kindness. The priest would never be laughing and big smiles. That’s just my experience though.

    There’s nothing more to say, there’s no nuance, we aren’t going to have fun snarking on him because he’s vile.

    Meghan is fun to talk about and snarking on her is harmless. No one here thinks they are in the same category.
