Cuba has a history of mercenary contracts; they had about 100K forces sent to communist uprisings/wars in Africa during the 1970s
A few Americans have been deceived or willingly gone to fight for Russia. Just wait until US forces are sent by the military to fight alongside Russians.
Trying to take people off Cuba’s failing power grid no doubt.
