This just reminds me of secondary school
Aye, with a shiny floor, perfect for sliding across the dance floor in your socks when you’re a wean.
I don’t know where that is but I know I’ve donated blood there and also voted.
This is also my old school hall. The only difference is the windows where on both sides and the stage slightly protruded

Recently went to Threlkeld in the Lake District, where they proudly tell visitors that their village hall has exploded twice in the last 150 years.
I remember the days of going to youth club in a room very similar to that and the tuc shop would be at the back, good times.
Reminds me of my assembly hall at school
The one in Lydney has a sprung floor like a Blackpool ballroom 🪩
Very recently renovated though, look how thin that speaker is!

I swear if you told me this was my primary school assembly hall I’d believe you. This is so unnervingly accurate! The floor, the curtains, the stage, everything.
